Michael T. N. Fitch
President & CEO
PCIA- The Wireless Infrastructure Association

Michael Fitch is President and CEO of PCIA – the Wireless Infrastructure Association. PCIA represents companies that own, manage and operate towers, commercial rooftops and other facilities for the provision of all types of wireless, broadcasting and telecommunications services to the public.

Prior to PCIA, Fitch held senior positions in industry and government. He began his career at the Federal Communications Commission as an attorney and advanced through management positions to Bureau Chief and Senior Legal and International Advisor to the Chairman.

Fitch moved from the FCC to the U.S. Department of State, where he was an Office Director and Deputy Assistant Secretary for International Communications and Information Policy. He headed U.S. delegations to International Telecommunication Union and Inmarsat conferences as well as bilateral negotiations with other countries.

From the State Department, Fitch moved to Hughes Communications as Vice President for Spectrum Management. After the acquisition of Hughes Space and Communications by Boeing, he continued in that responsibility for Boeing Satellite Systems and was also responsible for new Homeland Security programs.

Fitch received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia University.

Connie Durcsak
Sr. Director of Industry & Government Relations

Ms. Durcsak oversees and has accountability for the development and execution of PCIA's advocacy strategy as well as the performance of PCIA's Frequency Coordination department.

Prior to joining PCIA, Ms. Durcsak served as a Senior Process Engineer with RGS Associates and as a Principal Consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers. In these roles, Ms. Durcsak provided management consulting services to public and private sector clients and frequently was selected to lead large, complex multimillion dollar projects.

Ms. Durcsak holds a Master of Arts in business (human performance systems) from Marymount University and a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Education from Acadia University. She also earned a Post Baccalaureate Certification in total quality and productivity management from the Technical University of Nova Scotia.

Kevin Kelly
Director, Finance & Administration

Mr. Kelly is the Director, Finance and Administration of PCIA – The Wireless Infrastructure Association. He began his career at PCIA in April of 2003. Kelly also has overall responsibility for the annual PCIA Wireless Infrastructure Show. He supports and helps to manage all PCIA operations and services.

Prior to PCIA, Mr. Kelly worked in public accounting and in private industry. He began his career working for Bond Beebe, a regional public accounting firm in Washington, DC. In addition to working 8 years in public accounting, he worked as a controller for 2 regional private companies Pardoe Real Estate and Austin Grill.

Mr. Kelly has over 19 years of financial and accounting experience. He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Decision Sciences from George Mason University in 1987. In 2001 he received his Masters of Business Administration at George Mason University. He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1988 and is a member of American Institute of Public Accountants, Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants and American Society of Association Executives.
